Purchases are Non-Refundable
Once you book your appointment, the purchase is non-refundable. If you have any questions prior to booking, please send me a message via the Connect Page.
Rescheduling
Minimum 24hr notice must be given if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. My time is valuable as is yours. You may reschedule up to two times, before your appointment is cancelled (non-refundable). If you are more than 15 min late to your scheduled appointment, you will have to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you are a “No Call, No Show'“ your appointment will be cancelled (non-refundable). Again, I respect your time and I expect the same in return.

Select this option if you’re wanting a brainstorm session. We will discuss any questions or concerns you’re having in regards to your YouTube channel - growth strategies, monetization, diversifying income as a YouTuber, content ideas, etc.

channel audit + 1 hr live chat session
Select this option if you would like your channel to be audited in addition to having a 1 hr chat session. The audit consists of me conducting a thorough inspection of your channel to uncover why you may be having trouble growing your audience, how to engage your current audience, etc.
